The Role

As a Learner Engagement Officer, you’ll play a hands‑on role in attracting, engaging, and supporting learners from first contact through to enrolment. This is a field-based, people-focused position where relationship-building and outreach are key.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with local communities to promote training and employability programmes
  • Recruit learners onto AEB-funded courses
  • Conduct initial assessments and eligibility checks
  • Support individuals through the enrolment process
