The Role: Regulated Financial Trainer – Apprenticeships

We're looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and passionate individual to deliver Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice/Paraplanning apprenticeships.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting learners in both one-to-one and small cohort settings.
  • Delivering a mix of remote and workplace-based training sessions.
  • Guiding apprentices through their learning journey—from skill development to exam and End Point Assessment preparation.
  • Contributing to the creation of engaging curriculum content and learning materials.
  • Monitoring learner progress, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Your focus will be on empowering learners to achieve excellence, embedding essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours that support long-term career success.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Extensive financial industry experience.
  • A Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or Paraplanning.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE).
  • A Level 3 assessing qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1, D32/D33).

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience delivering Finance Apprenticeship Standards.
  • Knowledge of Functional Skills, safeguarding, and e-portfolio systems.
  • A Chartered Financial Planner status or CeMAP qualification.
