The Role
As an Independent End-Point Assessor, you will assess apprentices within the RACHP sector against the relevant apprenticeship standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all assessments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out face-to-face End-Point Assessments across London, the South East, and South West
- Evaluating apprentice competence in line with apprenticeship standards
- Recording and documenting assessment outcomes accurately
- Ensuring all assessments are delivered fairly, consistently, and in line with quality assurance processes
- Providing support and guidance to End-Point Assessment teams
- Keeping your industry knowledge up to date and completing ongoing CPD
Following a successful application, you will complete a dedicated training and standardisation programme before beginning assessment activity.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a confident and experienced RACHP professional with strong industry knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high standards. You will need to have:
- A recognised Assessor qualification
