You'll be joining a well-established national training provider specialising in Apprenticeships, Employability and Skills programmes across the UK.

The Role
As a Financial Trainer, you'll support learners completing the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice / Paraplanning Apprenticeship Standard, guiding them from enrolment through to End Point Assessment.
Using your industry knowledge, you'll deliver engaging learning through a blend of virtual sessions, coaching and workplace support, helping apprentices develop the confidence and competence required to succeed within Financial Services.
Previous training or teaching experience is welcomed but is not essential. If you have strong Financial Services experience and enjoy developing others, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training across Financial Advice, Regulated Financial Planning and Paraplanning Apprenticeships.
- Coach and support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Prepare learners for professional examinations and End Point Assessment.
- Deliver engaging remote and workplace-based learning.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate learner records.
- Develop learning resources and training materials.
- Support learner achievement, retention and progression.
- Work closely with employers and internal quality teams.
- Promote safeguarding, Prevent, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion throughout delivery.
- Ensure apprenticeship and awarding body compliance.
About You

Essential
- Experience working within the Financial Services sector.
- A Level 4 qualification in Financial Advice, Regulated Financial Planning or Paraplanning.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- The ability to explain technical financial concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
Desirable
- Experience delivering training, coaching or mentoring.
- Experience within Apprenticeships, Further Education or the Skills sector.
- Teaching qualification (AET, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent).
- Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33).
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, Functional Skills and e-portfolio systems.
- Chartered Financial Planner or Ce MAP qualification.
