The organisation is recognised for its intellectual rigour, ethical approach, and long-standing relationships with complex, blue-chip clients across multiple sectors. Working in close partnership with universities, business schools, and specialist delivery partners, the business delivers strategic learning, leadership, and talent solutions to some of the UK’s most recognisable employers. Quality, governance, and reputation are central to everything they do.

You will work alongside consulting, academic, and delivery teams to develop tailored propositions aligned to client priorities such as productivity, leadership capability, succession planning, and skills transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
*
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within large, complex organisations
*
Building trusted relationships with C-suite, HRDs, L&D leaders, and senior executives
*
Leading senior-level discovery conversations to diagnose workforce and capability challenges
*
Selling tailored, multi-year learning and talent solutions aligned to organisational strategy
*
Positioning apprenticeship levy funding within broader L&D, leadership, and talent frameworks
*
Managing a pipeline of high-value opportunities through structured, governed sales processes
*
Maintaining accurate CRM data, forecasts, and reporting in line with professional services standards
*
Collaborating closely with internal consulting, academic, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes
This is a consultant-grade business development role, requiring commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and professional credibility.
