The Role
As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide strategic oversight, independent challenge, and guidance to the executive leadership team while ensuring strong governance and accountability across the organisation. - Strong operational and organisational development expertise
- Experience within employability, education, training, apprenticeships, or workforce development sectors
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance
- The ability to challenge constructively while supporting executive leadership
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
