The Job
As a Learner Recruitment / Learner Engagement Manager, you will lead regional activity focused on recruiting learners and driving learner engagement across the West Midlands. You will work closely with community organisations, referral partners, and local networks to identify potential learners and support them into adult education and employability programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading learner recruitment and learner engagement strategies across the West Midlands
- Promoting Adult Education Budget (AEB) funded programmes, skills training, and employability courses
- Identifying and engaging unemployed individuals and adult learners who would benefit from training opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with job centres, community organisations, and referral partners
- Supporting learners through initial engagement, eligibility checks, and enrolment processes
- Monitoring and managing learner recruitment pipelines and engagement activity
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment targets and learner outcomes are achieved
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on learner recruitment performance
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional who is passionate about recruiting learners and supporting adults into education and employment opportunities. You will ideally have:
- Proven experience in learner recruitment, learner engagement, or employability outreach
