The Role
As a Care Tutor, you will deliver engaging and compliant training to learners working towards qualifications in health and social care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality training sessions (online and/or face-to-face)
- Supporting learners through their qualifications and assessments
- Providing coaching, feedback, and progress reviews
- Ensuring learners are prepared for End-Point Assessment (where applicable)
- Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation
- Embedding safeguarding, Prevent, and British values into delivery
- Supporting learners with additional needs to ensure successful outcomes
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working within Health & Social Care
- A passion for teaching, coaching, or mentoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of apprenticeship or vocational training environments
- Teaching or training qualification (AET or equivalent)
- Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, etc.)
