The Role

As a Care Tutor, you will deliver engaging and compliant training to learners working towards qualifications in health and social care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality training sessions (online and/or face-to-face)
  • Supporting learners through their qualifications and assessments
  • Providing coaching, feedback, and progress reviews
  • Ensuring learners are prepared for End-Point Assessment (where applicable)
  • Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation
  • Embedding safeguarding, Prevent, and British values into delivery
  • Supporting learners with additional needs to ensure successful outcomes

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working within Health & Social Care
  • A passion for teaching, coaching, or mentoring
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of apprenticeship or vocational training environments
  • Teaching or training qualification (AET or equivalent)
  • Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, etc.)
