SailPoint IIQ Developer

Location: Remote (Canada/US)
Summary:
Our client is a professional services firm specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Their services include assessments, architecture, road mapping, development, and ongoing solution management for enterprise clients. They have doubled in size over the past 2 years, with increasing demand for expert IAM support.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with the client to understand project objectives and requirements
- Review the 80 identified applications to determine integration needs
- Initiate integration work on prioritized applications
- Participate in daily status calls with the client for updates and progress discussion
- Identify and communicate challenges or roadblocks
- Collaborate with application owners for critical information and dependencies
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Partner with the architecture team at Key Data for technical alignment
Project Type: Working with one specific end client on SailPoint IIQ integration or upgrade.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3–5+ years of Java development, including design, development, and ideally architecture or road mapping
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ or IDN, with a preference for IDN (cloud solution)
- Working knowledge of SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) and directories like Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- 3+ years of experience configuring IAM connectors
Nice to haves:
- Exposure to SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC)
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, and Workday; familiarity with SCIM is a plus
