Responsibilities:
- Design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of IT application systems.
- Maintain a secure and highly available application environment.
- Identify and implement features, functions, and AI capabilities to support internal client business plans.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues of a complex nature, identify improvements in existing applications, and communicate these effectively to the appropriate teams.

- Take initiative to identify problems and propose team projects that resolve them.
- Own the design, planning, execution, and testing for projects, enhancements, and break/fix issues.
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for designing, implementing, and maintaining application lifecycle.

- Establish relationships with various teams to troubleshoot issues and develop long-term solutions.

- Analyze new functionality in application releases to determine usage.
- Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation for internal teams.
- Manage Google Workspace within the corporate system and service environment.
- Experience managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Manage Zero Trust Architecture.
- Prioritize multiple requests, projects, and activities effectively, often working under pressure.
- Participate in after-hours on-call shifts.
