Our valued public sector client is in need of a Senior (10+ years) Reliability cleared SAP Systems Analyst to support the transition from SAP ECC6 to S4/HANA H4S4 for HR solutions. In support of the clientβs SAP Corporate Administrative System (CAS) Transition to New Solution (CTNS) project, the contractor will work within the Human Resources and IT Solutions Division (HISD) to support the modernization of its existing SAP ERP and HCM systems.
Tasks Include:
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for deprecated S4/HANA HCM (H4S4) modules
- Support Functional Teams in configuring and customizing SAP H4S4 modules
- Analyze and document business requirements, perform gap analysis between ECC6 and S4/HANA H4S4
- Design and develop solutions to address business process gaps
- Plan and support execution phase activities, including mock conversions, integration, and custom code
- Document risks/issues and propose mitigation strategies
- Demonstrate H4S4 functionalities related to HCM
- Lead fit-gap analysis and propose alternate solutions
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders
- Prepare execution timelines and project planning documents
- Support knowledge transfer to CRA/CBSA and ensure documentation of all deliverables
Must Have:
- 10+ years experience as a SAP Systems Analyst (ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and integration)
- 7 years experience within the last 10 in implementing/supporting SAP HCM modules, including PERS, ORG, TIME, PAY, Learning, and Performance
- 7 years experience within the last 10 in full SDLC (requirements, analysis, design, testing, implementation)
- 7 years experience within the last 10 working in a Large government department or equivalent private enterprise performing SAP Systems Analyst Level 3 type work
- 7 years experience within the last 10 performing business process/requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and options analysis
- Reliability clearance
Nice to Have:
- SAP certifications in modules such as PA-PM, SAP-HCM, HCM-TM-PM, PE-LSO
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders on Large scale SAP projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM ECC6 and H4S4
- Hands-on experience with SDLC, SAP HR module configuration, gap analysis
- Experience gathering requirements and testing SAP solutions in IT environments
- Experience performing Options Analysis and supporting Proof of Concept (PoC) activities
The contractor must provide their services during regular work hours (between 8:00 and 5:00) Monday through Friday generally not exceeding 37.5 hours per week. It is expected though that the contractor will work extended hours as required.
