Our Vancouver client is seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Manager .
This is a 20-month contract with remote work options. Candidates must work PST hours and be located in ON, AB, or BC.
Must Have:
- Proven experience in a Technology-focused CRM leadership or functional delivery management role within MS Dynamics environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC , technical delivery processes , and project lifecycle management .
- Background in technology or development with enough depth to understand and drive technical conversations (no coding or code reviews required).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with Directors, Architects, PMs, and POs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams , manage performance, and deliver results in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence and advocate for the CRM team and roadmap.
