Our municipal client is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support the Implementation of ServiceNow for Multiple Initiatives. Tasks include:
- Focusing on several critical initiatives, including facilities, fleet management, asset management, and legacy database migration, this role will require hands-on involvement.
- You will be instrumental in moving operations to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring smooth integration, high-quality execution, and maximizing value through change management and process optimization.
- Support design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT operations.
- Working closely with the ServiceNow development and architecture teams, helping to integrate facilities management, fleet management, and asset management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for ServiceNow implementation, leveraging generative AI tools to streamline the process.
- Work on integration strategies, particularly for specialized units, asset management, and workflows.
- Work with agile teams through iterative processes, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery.
