Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to support phase 2 of an LMS project and implement a full-scale functionality across the organization for a Municipal client.
Overview: Phase 2 of the Oracle Learning Management System (LMS) deployment will implement full-scale functionality across the organization, enhancing training delivery, compliance tracking, and workforce development. This phase builds upon Phase 1, which established foundational elements such as migrating iTrak training records, establishing renewals, and building a centralized learning catalogue.
Must Have's:
- 7+ years experience as a Project Manager
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-level projects, preferably in HR systems
- Project Management Professional or equivalent certification (PMP)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms
- Knowledge of change management and training strategies
Nice to Have:
- Oracle Learning Cloud Experience
Responsibilities:
- Complete Phase 2 of this project - Phase one is complete
- Migrating all training content into Oracle LMS.
- Engage and consult with Project Technical Lead and project team on development of the project plan, workshops, documentation
- Enabling hosting, scheduling, registration, evaluation, and analytics for training activities.
- Integrating external learning content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning).
- Enhancing compliance tracking with automated reminders, reporting, and proof of completion (e.g., transcripts and certificates).
- Enhancing onboarding journeys and supporting training initiatives and renewals.
- Tagging courses to learning outcomes, skills, and competencies.
- Configuring roles, workflows, alerts, and notifications.
- Supporting self-service functionality for learners and managers.
- Establish online, instructor-led learning support.
- Establish attendance tracking and reporting for instructor-led training.
- Consolidating formal and informal learning systems into Oracle LMS where feasible.
- Providing change management support to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.
