Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Telecom and BSS domain expertise to lead complex transformation and delivery projects in the telecom industry. An initial 12 month contract. Full time - 4-5 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Telecom BSS projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive implementation and transformation of BSS systems including: Billing & Rating (Prepaid / Postpaid / Convergent), Charging Systems, CRM & Customer Management.
- Coordinate with business, IT, OSS, network, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure seamless integration between BSS, OSS, and external systems using APIs and middleware.
Must-Haves:
- Strong experience in Telecom BSS project management.
- Deep understanding of Telecom BSS domains.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor Telecom IT projects.
- Hands-on experience with BSS platforms such as: Amdocs, Netcracker or similar.
- Solid knowledge of Telecom processes and frameworks (TM Forum eTOM, SID).
