Our valued client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of ServiceNow and SaaS implementations. An initial 10 month contract with the possibility of two 1 year extensions. The role is % remote and requires working in the EST time zone with 7 hour work days.
The successful candidate will assist with ongoing workload and project management, focusing on:
- Project management
- Organizational readiness

The PM will leverage ITIL, PMP, and ADKAR frameworks and assist with coordinating process engineering and business architecture efforts to ensure seamless process integration and alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance within previously agreed time, cost and performance parameters.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables and budgetary requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, visual diagrams, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established milestones.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and report progress of the project on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and project management tools, industry trends, and best practices in IT project management.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Facilitate effective communication and ensure stakeholders are informed about project status, risks, and changes.
- Support development of project management procedures and tools, evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-implementation reviews, and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Must Have Skills:
- 10+ years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a crown-corporation or government sector environment.
- Experience delivering projects for ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud migrations, and SaaS implementations.
- Must hold or be eligible for a reliability clearance.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and experience working with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
