Our Government client is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Developer to support the enhancement, customization, and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across front-end, middle-tier, and back-end development, with a proven track record in implementing and maintaining Oracle Fusion CX solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service Developer/Implementer in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical expertise across front-end, middleware, and back-end development.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion CX configuration, customization, and Groovy scripting.
- Proficiency with modules such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, Opportunities, Cases, Service Requests, Work Orders, and Invoices.
- 2+ years of experience writing and maintaining tested production code.
- Knowledge of operating systems, platforms, security, and networking concepts.
- Experience with CI/CD automation, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Git for version control.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with DevOps practices; government sector experience is an asset.
- Advanced Groovy scripting skills (expressions, triggers, functions, data manipulation, debugging).
- Proficiency with Application & Page Composer (custom fields, validations, UI/layout changes).
- Experience with RBAC (roles, hierarchies) and application security configuration.
- Experience in data migration to Oracle Fusion CRM and Assignment Manager configuration.
- Exposure to web/mobile app development with Oracle CX, Oracle JET, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Integration experience using Fusion REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI analytics.
- Familiarity with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and administrative functions.
- Programming knowledge in Groovy, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Outlook integration and Oracle CX certification is an asset.
