Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery and governance of the DDI DNS Anycast Project, which involves deploying new DNS appliances to enhance resiliency and performance for critical server farm zones. This initiative will strengthen Tier 1 DNS resolution capabilities across multiple data centers, ensuring high availability and optimized DNS services.
Project Scope
- Deploy 6 new DDI Appliances as Tier 1 DNS Resolvers dedicated to the server farm zone in the SCC & BCC Data Centers.
- Deploy 6 new DDI Appliances as Tier 1 DNS Resolvers dedicated to the server farm zone in the BRKNPV Data Center (EMEA/APAC not included).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for appliance deployment across designated data centers.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and testing of DDI appliances for DNS Anycast.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing DNS architecture and network infrastructure.
- Track progress, manage timelines, and control project budgets.
- Define governance standards for DNS Anycast implementation and ongoing operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and network policies.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering, Security, and Data Center Operations teams.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Identify risks related to DNS service continuity and appliance deployment.
- Develop mitigation strategies and maintain risk registers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in network infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of DNS architecture, Anycast routing, and DDI solutions.
- Experience managing deployments in large-scale data center environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall or hybrid).
- Experienced with Clarity PPM.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 preferred; networking certifications (CCNP, Infoblox) are an asset.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Infoblox or similar DDI platforms.
- Experience with high-availability DNS design and global load balancing.

- Successful deployment of 12 DDI appliances across SCC, BCC, and BRKNPV data centers.
- DNS Anycast configuration validated and operational for Tier 1 resolution.
- Governance framework implemented for DNS operations and compliance.
- Final project report and operational handover completed.
