Our financial services client is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead Technology Enablement projects using Salesforce and SDLC methodologies (-95)
Join a high-visibility Technology Enablement initiative focused on Salesforce and software development within a banking environment. This role leads project delivery across scope management, resource planning, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment for complex IT initiatives. The engagement supports cross-functional teams and external vendors on large-scale projects requiring strong project controls, change management, and executive communication. There is possibility for extension beyond the initial contract term.

Must Haves
- 6+ years leading IT projects focused on business process and organizational change
- 3+ years managing cross-functional teams for large-scale, high-visibility initiatives
- SDLC management across internal development teams and third-party vendors
- Agile , Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies
- PMP , PMI-ACP, or equivalent professional certification
Nice to Have
- Technology Enablement project experience
- Experience tracking project burn rates and managing vendor deliverables
- Experience building critical-path project schedules and managing change controls
Responsibilities
- Partner with Technology Enablement, business, and third-party stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to establish program standards aligned with portfolio goals
- Develop and execute project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and budget oversight
- Identify and address project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver reports highlighting achievements, risks, and financial status
- Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project milestones
- Produce and maintain project artifacts ensuring continuity and clarity throughout the engagement
