Our valued client is seeking three Intermediate Scrum Masters (5+ Years) with Contact Center Solutions experience to support delivery under a major multi-year contact center modernization program. These resources will play a critical role in enabling Agile delivery while supporting hybrid Agile and Waterfall project environments.
The Scrum Masters will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and product owners to facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, track delivery progress, and ensure teams are set up for success. Strong leadership, facilitation skills, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset are essential, as these roles are highly collaborative and client-facing.
Tasks:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support project delivery and tracking across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Act as a leader by coaching teams on Agile best practices and fostering continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies impacting delivery
- Track and report on sprint progress, milestones, and delivery metrics using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Support multiple workstreams within a contact centre modernization initiative
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, transparency, and professionalism
- Promote a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence
- Ensure work aligns with enterprise standards, governance, and security requirements
Must Haves:
- Experience working with Contact Center Solutions (e.g., contact centre platforms, operations, or transformations)
- Experience supporting project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Reliability Security Clearance
Nice to Have:
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting
- Bilingual (English/French)
