As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst, you will work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on how best to utilize the Dynamics CRM platform to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing recommendations for process improvements. You will work closely with the Dynamics CRM Functional and Technical Consultants to design and configure solutions that meet the client’s needs.
Role Deliverables
- Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and functional specifications
- Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases
- Work with the Dynamics CRM Functional and Technical Consultants to design and configure solutions that meet the client’s business needs
- Responsible for providing leadership and design initiatives for building technology solutions
- Develops architecture and functional specifications to support medium to large-scale initiatives
- Defines project scope, plans and deliverables including cost and timelines
- Performs business analysis and requirements gathering
Education/Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4-6 years in implementing Dynamics CRM solutions
Technical Skills
- Experience and/or training related to multiple Dynamics projects
- Specialized in developing and designing large scale solutions, serving as an expert in technical architecture and delivery
- Knowledge of Power Pages, Power Platform, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies is a plus
Other Skills
- French mandatory – bilingual English/French an asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications
