RESPONSIBILITIES:
The BSA candidate is well organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. The successful candidate will plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed technical and functional specifications that align to standards and frameworks. They will provide technical leadership and work closely with business and technical resources to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage detailed functional specifications within an Agile environment.
MUST-HAVE:
- 4+ years of BSA experience
- Knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, non-functionals, and business rules.
- Provides input towards the development of business and technical requirements, and the administration of standards and guidelines (User Interfaces, data security and integrity methods, systems analysis, systems design, etc.).
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Understand and foster the use of AI tools
- Experience working in the Financial and/or government sector
- Relevant technical certificate, undergrad, CBAP for similar Degree/Certifications Required: computer science or related
