Our Public sector client is seeking an Intermediate PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to assist with Customizations and Payroll and Tax Run module configuration within Peoplesoft. Candidates can be % remote in Canada.

Must haves:

  • 7+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst or Business Analyst, with previous experience as a PeopleSoft Developer
  • Experience with Peoplesoft Customizations and Payroll and Tax Run within the HCM module
  • Previous experience with municipal governments or public-sector experience

Nice to haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree or Technical Certification

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for applying technical knowledge of PeopleSoft for system implementations and/or troubleshooting and developing fixes and enhancements to production environment.
  • Assist in design and development of Peoplesoft applications based on business requirements.
  • Upgrade and modify Peoplesoft applications as per business needs.
  • Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications.
  • Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot coding issues in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and complete projects within assigned timelines.
  • Conduct end user training when required and prepare user documentation.
  • Recommend new coding techniques to ensure quality and usability.
