Our Public sector client is seeking an Intermediate PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to assist with Customizations and Payroll and Tax Run module configuration within Peoplesoft. Candidates can be % remote in Canada.
Must haves:
- 7+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst or Business Analyst, with previous experience as a PeopleSoft Developer
- Experience with Peoplesoft Customizations and Payroll and Tax Run within the HCM module
- Previous experience with municipal governments or public-sector experience
Nice to haves:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree or Technical Certification
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for applying technical knowledge of PeopleSoft for system implementations and/or troubleshooting and developing fixes and enhancements to production environment.
- Assist in design and development of Peoplesoft applications based on business requirements.
- Upgrade and modify Peoplesoft applications as per business needs.
- Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications.
- Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.
- Identify and troubleshoot coding issues in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and complete projects within assigned timelines.
- Conduct end user training when required and prepare user documentation.
- Recommend new coding techniques to ensure quality and usability.
