Background

Our client is a market leading Top Tier Global Consulting firm. With offices in nearly 200 countries and a workforce of over 300,000 employees, they support some of the World’s leading Private, Publicly Traded organisations and government / governing bodies in defining and executing business critical strategies. Following a period of significant growth, they are looking to further expand their consulting presence in the Global Pharma, Med Devices, Bio Tech and Life Sciences sector and as such are looking to recruit several Managers & Senior Consultants. They operate in a 1 team multi competence capacity and as such we are looking to recruit across several competence areas.

The Roles

The roles are classic client facing roles where, depending on level of appointment, you could be leading multi-disciplinary teams or working as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting clients Operational / Customer (Sales & Marketing and N.P.I) through varying areas of change and transformation. The roles will cover but not be limited to delivering methodologies to improve clients’ digital customer journeys across multiple channels, delivering practical roadmaps for change in line with their commercial / operational objectives. We are looking to recruit across the below specialisms:

  • Technology / CRM enabled change using Salesforce / Veeva / Adobe helping clients to get the most out of their CRM including vendor selection
  • Customer Transformation – Sales and Marketing effectiveness, Customer mapping / Journeys / Centricity
  • Data and Analytics – Customer centric capture / analysis and commercial decision making
  • Supply Chain Transformation: E2E transformation throughout the client’s supply chain footprint procurement / production / distribution
  • A.I adoption across clinical trials, manufacturing, and drug discovery
  • Workforce transformation – people & change / Comms / Training / Organisational design and development

The Candidates

Your experience could have been gained within a Top Tier Big 4 or equivalent Global consulting organisation operating at Manager, Assistant Manager level (or equivalent). It is essential given the structure of the client and their sector specific approach to the client market that your consulting experience has been gained working within the Pharma Life Sciences, Med Devices, Med Tech, Bio Tech sector. You do not need expertise in all the outlined specialism areas above - though it is expected you will have a holistic knowledge of them from a change perspective. As a minimum, we would expect a demonstrable track record in defining and delivering projects that cover large scale Operational / Customer change. We are seeking individuals who are looking for full life cycle transformational project work and to that end you will need a high degree of commercial acumen and an ability to see things through.
