Following a period of significant growth, they are looking to further expand their consulting presence in the Global Pharma, Med Devices, Bio Tech and Life Sciences sector and as such are looking to recruit several Managers & Senior Consultants.
The Roles: We are looking to hire enthusiastic and motivated Pharma industry knowledgeable Sales, Marketing, Customer experience &/or Medical Affairs functional consultants to join our clients dynamic Customer Transformation team. We are looking for individuals who have a strong background in the Pharma/ Med Tech industry domain and skills and experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for one or more of key functions: Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience &/or Medical Affairs. You will need a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering Pharma Marketing, Sales or Customer Experience Management solutions to drive business outcomes supporting: Commercial-Medical Operating model transformation, Marketing & Content Supply Chain, Omni-channel & Field-force transformation.
Key areas of expertise would need to include one or more of Salesforce/ Veeva Life Sciences solutions, Adobe Content/ Creative Studio, Customer Experience &/or Omni-channel tools. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption. You will be hands on both in terms of client engagement and technology implementation. You will operate across the project lifecycle from presales & discovery through to development, test, and training.
The Requirements: This Role is For You If:
- You have strong experience as a functional consultant, ideally within Pharma/ Med Tech/ Life Sciences industry area, with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing (Content/ Brand) or Medical Affairs transformation.
- You have proven experience with relevant Pharma industry Marketing, Sales or Medical Affairs technology implementations on any relevant apps.
- Can demonstrate a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and medical affairs operations, including Customer Experience, Omnichannel, Field operations, Content and/ or Marketing assessments, Operating Model design and implementation.
- Your experience could have been gained within a Top Tier Big 4 or equivalent Global consulting organisation operating at Manager, Assistant Manager level (or equivalent).
- It is essential given the structure of the client and their sector specific approach to the client market that your consulting experience has been gained working within the Pharma Life Sciences, Med Devices, Med Tech, Bio Tech sector.
