We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our busy social housing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong people management and scheduling experience to lead a fast-paced team and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service within a responsive maintenance environment.

The Role

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the scheduling team, managing a team of approximately 10-12 staff members. You will ensure workloads are effectively planned, resources are utilised efficiently, and service standards are consistently achieved. Working within a busy social housing environment, you will support the team to deliver a high-quality scheduling service for repairs and maintenance operations, while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting a team of 10-12 scheduling administrators/coordinators
  • Monitoring team performance and productivity to ensure KPIs and service levels are met
  • Overseeing the effective scheduling of repairs, maintenance appointments, and operative diaries
  • Providing coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members
  • Handling escalated issues and ensuring excellent customer service
