We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly regarded residential developer operating across the East Midlands. The Role
Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you will support the financial management of multiple residential developments. This role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, making it ideal for someone looking to build strong foundations in quantity surveying within the housebuilding sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and financial reports
- Support the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement and payments
- Help prepare and process valuations and cost forecasts
- Monitor project costs and highlight any variations or risks
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and analysis
- Liaise with site teams to track progress and ensure cost control
- Support the commercial team with reporting and administrative duties
- Contribute to final account preparation and project close-out
