We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly regarded residential developer operating across the East Midlands. The Role

Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you will support the financial management of multiple residential developments. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and financial reports
  • Support the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement and payments
