We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trade to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out bathroom upgrades, wet room installations, and general maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of bathroom upgrades, including full wet room installations
- Deliver high-quality maintenance work within occupied domestic properties
- Complete secondary trade works to a competent standard, including basic carpentry, tiling, and associated repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism during all visits
- Cap & Cove experience would be desirable, however this is not essential
Requirements:
- Proven experience fitting wet rooms and bathrooms
- Strong multi-trade background
- Experience working within social housing or occupied properties preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
