The position will cover the western side of the region, broadly following the M6/M5 corridor from Stoke through the West Midlands and down towards Cheltenham, including Coventry and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience across social housing, planned maintenance and/or retrofit programmes. The Role Working across a portfolio of existing and upcoming projects, you will take commercial responsibility for schemes from procurement and pre-start through delivery, final account and completion.
