An established and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its West Midlands team based in Dudley. The Role
You will be responsible for delivering full pre and post-contract quantity surveying services across a range of projects from inception through to final account. Key responsibilities will include:
- Cost planning and estimating
- Tender preparation and procurement
- Contract administration
- Valuations and payment applications
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Change control and variations management
- Final accounts
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
- Supporting project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
