We are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade to work on a reactive maintenance programme for the commercial industry.
Candidate requirements:
- Experienced in carpentry, plumbing, plastering etc.
- 4 years minimum experience including adhering to all H&S standards of operation.
- F-Gas certification preferred but not essential.
- Valid ECS Card.
- Driving licence.
- Able to work within Health and Safety regulations.
- Be flexible with regard to working hours, predominantly local work with rare stays away.
- Strong understanding of commercial and industrial installation and maintenance projects and associated maintenance requirements.
- Multi-skilled with experience in carpentry, plumbing, and other general trades and enjoys the challenge of a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Track record of delivery in a maintenance environment.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail in the accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
- Attention to detail in completion of works to quality and client satisfaction standards.
- Good communication skills with clients, engineers, and management team.
