Our client is looking for an eperienced Residential Quantity Surveyor to join the team on residential new build working on residential projects across the West Midlands £10 – £20million new build housing schemes. Knowledge of subcontractors in and around the Shropshire / Wolverhampton areas would be a distinct advantage, You will need to cover the following areas of commercial expertise:- * Procurement of materials for the site * Procurement of plant for site * Procurement of all subcontractor packages for the site * Tendering and analysis quotations accordingly * Producing cost plans & detailed appraisals with betterment and monitoring monthly. * Monitoring programme and cashflow * Monthly valuations * Agreeing and certifying sub-contract payment for works invoices to client This role is an immediate and urgent requirement for the right candidate…
