We are currently recruiting for a Plumber Multi Trade to work on social housing contracts around the Cannock and Walsall area on a permanent basis. The role will include carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation works in tenants' homes and void properties within a social housing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing maintenance, including:
- Fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing leaks and blockages.
- Replacing taps, ball valves, pipework, traps, cisterns, and radiators.
- Installing or repairing sinks, baths, showers, toilets, and water heaters.
- Support planned maintenance programs, such as kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
- Fixing leaks and blockages.
