We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our social housing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of social housing refurbishment projects.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including sub contractors and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
