We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Refurbishment business, delivering social housing refurbishment projects across the Leicester and Nottingham regions.
This is a site-based role, working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial control and successful project delivery across multiple refurbishment schemes.
The Role
You will be responsible for the full commercial management of social housing refurbishment projects, supporting delivery teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of social housing refurbishment projects
- Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Subcontractor procurement and account management
- Supporting project and site teams commercially
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets
Experience & Requirements
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS
- Background in social housing refurbishment preferred
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Ability to work in a site-based environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
