Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with approximately 3-5 years' industry experience who is keen to learn, develop and progress under the guidance of an experienced commercial leadership team. The Role
- Working alongside the Commercial Director and project teams, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.
- Key duties will include:
- Subcontractor procurement and account management
- Cost reporting, valuations and forecasting
- Managing variations and final accounts
- Contract administration and commercial reporting
- Supporting operational teams and maintaining strong client relationships
Projects typically include hospitality refurbishments, structural alterations, assisted living developments, hotel projects, bespoke residential schemes and general construction works.
About You
- To be considered, you should possess:
- A Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent qualification
- Around 3-5 years' experience within construction
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence
Main contractor or specialist subcontractor experience will be considered.
