We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for a new build housing development in Gloucestershire. This role is suited to a proven professional with a strong track record delivering high-volume residential housing schemes from start through to completion.
You will play a key role in driving programme, quality, and commercial performance, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Overall management of a high-volume new build housing site
- Leading Site Managers and supervising site teams
- Managing programme, resources, and build sequences
- Ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring performance
- Maintaining high standards of quality and customer care
- Managing budgets, variations, and cost control in collaboration with the commercial team
- Attending client, design, and progress meetings
- Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and H&S requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on high-volume new build housing developments
- Strong understanding of housing build processes and construction sequencing
- Experience managing multiple plots and phases
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- SMSTS
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working with national or regional housebuilders
- Knowledge of NHBC, LABC, or similar warranty providers
- Local knowledge of Gloucestershire or the surrounding area
