We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of new build residential housing developments across Warwickshire. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional with a strong background in residential projects who can manage multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
You will play a key role in coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality housing developments from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Monitor build progress and maintain project programmes
- Oversee health & safety compliance and site standards
- Chair project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management
- Liaise with architects, planners, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve construction, programme, or resource issues
- Ensure quality standards and building regulations are met
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential construction or housebuilding
- Experience delivering new build housing developments
- Strong knowledge of UK construction processes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred)
- SMSTS and CSCS certification desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive salary depending on experience
