Contracts Manager – Birmingham / Midlands\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands region. This is a senior role offering the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio.\\n\\nThe Role:\\nAs Contracts Manager, you will have responsibility for managing several projects simultaneously, providing leadership and direction to site teams while ensuring commercial, programme, quality, and health & safety objectives are met.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide leadership and support to Site Managers and project teams\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to specification\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor programme, progress, and performance across all sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinate with commercial teams to manage costs, variations, and risk\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support pre-construction, planning, and handover processes\\n\\nAbout You:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong background with a main contractor delivering multi-trade projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Sound commercial awareness and contract knowledge\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of UK construction health & safety legislation\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications preferred\\n\\nWhat’s On Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term pipeline of work across the Midlands\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to influence project delivery and team development\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive senior management and clear career progression\\n\\nIf you’re a driven Contracts Manager looking to join a forward-thinking contractor with a strong reputation for quality and delivery, we’d welcome your application
