The Role
- Assisting with commercial management of projects
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Procurement and subcontract management
- Variations and change management
- Valuations and applications
- Final account support
- Client and supplier liaison
- Commercial support on UK and overseas projects
What We’re Looking For
- Assistant QS, Quantity Surveyor or Project QS level experience
- Construction background essential
- Sports, leisure, structural steel or specialist contractor experience advantageous
- Ambitious, proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable working within a smaller business environment
- Prepared to roll sleeves up and get involved
- Interest in overseas travel and international projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
