Overview
I am currently looking for someone for their next role in a scheduling department within a reputable company. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service and administration background and is looking to combine experience to work in a helpdesk/scheduling environment.
Responsibilities
- Take calls from tenants and manage inquiries
- Book in engineers for repairs and maintenance works
- Engage with external subcontractors as needed
- Be proactive and use initiative to coordinate scheduling and responses
Work Arrangement
This position is office-based with shift patterns between 8am – 6pm. Car park onsite and bonuses available.
