Assistant Quantity Surveyor Social Housing / Retrofit West Midlands | Birmingham / M5-M6 Corridor | 35,000 45,000 + Package We are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team delivering social housing, planned works and retrofit programmes across the West Midlands.
Based from the Birmingham area, you ll support projects throughout the western side of the region and work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and operational teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant QS who already has some relevant experience and wants to build a long-term career within a major construction and regeneration business.
The Role You ll assist with the commercial management of multiple projects and workstreams, gaining exposure to the full commercial lifecycle.
