Sales Support Administrator / Showroom Sales Coordinator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, plus one in eight Saturdays (rota basis)

The Role
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Handling customer enquiries in person, by telephone and via email
- Preparing accurate customer quotations
- Booking surveys and customer appointments
- Providing administrative support throughout the sales process
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring documentation is up to date
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey
About You
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Sales Coordinator or similar office-based customer service role
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work accurately under pressure
- CAD experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided
