Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Be responsible for recruitment in the European region, covering positions such as operations, sales, and city managers. Analyze recruitment requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and search for suitable candidates through various channels. Organize interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure the efficiency and compliance of the recruitment process. Establish and maintain a talent pool to reserve outstanding talents for the long-term development of the company.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: Design compensation packages for overseas employees in Europe to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Review and adjust the compensation structure to optimize the compensation system. Track market compensation trends and provide suggestions for salary adjustments to the company.
- Employee Relations Management: Manage information related to visas and identities of overseas employees in Europe to ensure legal and compliant work. Assist in handling employee relations issues to improve employee satisfaction. Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.
- Human Resources Planning: Participate in the company's strategic planning and develop medium- and long-term human resources plans. Analyze human resources data to provide decision-making support for management.
- Training and Development: Take charge of the training and development of employees in the European region to enhance their comprehensive qualities. Develop training plans, organize internal and external training resources, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Build and improve the performance management system in the European region. Organize and implement performance evaluations and follow up on performance improvement plans.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, graduated from relevant majors such as human resources management or business administration.
- Work Experience: Have more than 5 years of human resources work experience, with at least 3 years of work experience in the European region.
- Legal Knowledge: Be familiar with local labor laws and regulations in Europe to ensure the compliance of the company's human resources policies.
- Language Skills: Have excellent English communication skills to enable smooth cross-cultural communication. Candidates proficient in other European languages will be given priority.
- Professional Skills: Possess outstanding recruitment, compensation and benefits management, and employee relations management capabilities.
