Role Overview: We are recruiting a Rocket League Head Coach / Player to lead the team through Welsh Esports League Season 8, starting in September 2025. This hybrid role requires both competitive play and coaching leadership, supported by club management, analysts, and a flexible, community-driven infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead training sessions (minimum 1 per week, more encouraged).
- Compete in the Welsh Esports League S8 and other tournaments as agreed.

- Design and execute tactical gameplans, feedback sessions, and match reviews.
- Coordinate with the club's data analyst and integrate performance analysis as required.
- Communicate weekly with club management through mandatory online meetings.
- Maintain high professionalism and uphold the club's branding, safeguarding, and social standards.
Compensation & Support:
- £50/month base (paid end of each month, via invoice).
- Additional performance-based bonuses tied to placement, growth, and engagement.
- Full prize pool retention from tournament winnings (coach negotiates player splits).
- Backed by an internal analyst, tournament admin support, and optional branded content.
- All tournament registrations and club expenses handled by S.E.A. Dragons where agreed.
What We're Looking For:
- Passionate, driven individual with a deep understanding of Rocket League strategy and coaching.
- Experience in leading or competing with Rocket League teams (no minimum rank required).
