Electrical Manager Required in Thame! Role overview: We are currently on the lookout for a fully qualified electrician to join our clients rapidly growing team as an Electrical Manager. This is a varied office and site-based position, with their office being based in Thame, Oxfordshire. As the Electrical Manager, you will demonstrate hands-on electrical knowledge and be responsible for managing installation teams, overseeing projects and maintaining electrical compliance. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical operations and progress towards becoming the nominated technical supervisor under the company’s existing NAPIT registration. Key responsibilities: * Manage and oversee electrical installation teams. * Act as the company's nominated technical supervisor, subject to NAPIT approval. * Oversee electrical testing, inspection and certification. * Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and applicable regulations. * Carry out site inspections and quality checks. * Manage installation schedules and workforce allocation. * Oversee solar PV, battery storage and associated electrical installations. * Manage technical documentation and compliance records. * Liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors. * Support and develop the electrical installation team. Essential qualifications and experience: * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * Inspection and testing qualification (2391 or equivalent). * Strong practical electrical installation experience. * Previous supervisory or management experience. * Good understanding of NAPIT requirements. * Full UK driving licence. Additional Information: * Salary Range Starting From £47,500 (Negotiable D.O.E) * Company Van and Fuel Card. * Good progression routes and further training if desired.
