S&D Trade Recruitment is representing a client on this high-profile project and is looking to recruit multiple positions: 2 Part 2 Scaffolders and 3 Advanced Scaffolders to join a school build in Cranbrook, starting on Monday 18th August. The role offers a supportive site team and on-site parking. Hours: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm (8 hours per day), Rates: £200–£240 per day dependent on experience ( equals £25–£30 per hour), CIS or PAYE options available. Key Duties for Part 2 Scaffolders and Part 2 Advanced Scaffolders: * Safely erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures to the required standard on the school build. * Complete the independent scaffold wrap and all works across elevations, buttress supports, loading bay and material hoist, crash deck, HAKI staircases, temporary roof, and large spine beam. * Ensure all scaffolding works for the project are completed to a high standard. * Prepare work areas, materials, and equipment correctly. * Follow scaffold designs and drawings. * Work safely at height using appropriate personal protective equipment. * Follow risk assessments and Health and Safety Regulations. * Maintain excellent attention to detail and meet project deadlines. Requirements for Part 2 Scaffolders and Part 2 Advanced Scaffolders: * Part 2 Scaffolders: CISRS Part 2 card and NVQ Level 2 required. * Advanced Scaffolders: CISRS Advanced card (Gold Card) and NVQ Level 3 required. * DBS preferred but not required and any additional tickets would be a advantageous. * Proven scaffolding experience. * Ability to follow Health and Safety Regulations and Risk Assesments. * Physically fit and able to work at heights. * Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills.
