Site Supervisor required in Nottingham! We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in Bricklaying, to join our valued client on a Temp to Perm Contract. Works include supervising Bricklayers on up to 3 sites in the Nottingham area, working under the Contracts Manager. To start with, you will be managing one site that is currently live, with 2 more due to start in the coming months, and running on till around February next year, with further sites following that. SSSTS is preferred, but not essential, as the company is happy to put someone through the course that has the bricklaying experience and is interested in taking the next step and becoming a Site Supervisor. The majority of sites you will be overseeing will be New Build Sites. This is a Temp to Perm role, meaning you will be working through us as an agency for a period of 13 weeks, before switching to work directly for the company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sites are running smoothly, and that work is being completed to a high standard.
- Effectively manage time across the different sites that will be ongoing, making sure that all the sites are adhering to the same standards of quality as well as Health & Safety.
- Checking work to make sure everything is done correctly and to a high standard.
- Resolving any issues that arise on site.
- Liaising with the contracts manager and giving regular updates as to the progress on site.
