Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join a thriving manufacturing company based in Newton Le Willows? Our client is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join their growing Sales Administration team. With a strong presence in the UK and beyond, they are renowned for exceptional customer service and rapid turnaround times, making them a leader in their field.
Salary and Hours: £23,000–£24,000 per year, 36.5 hours/week: Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:00, Friday 9:00–16:00.
Sales Administrator Duties:
- Respond to and manage a high volume of emails from customers and internal departments.
- Monitor stock levels, process and schedule orders, and manage sample requests for Sales Executives.
- Liaise with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service and support.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for orders, stock, and customer information.
- Assist with general office administration to maintain efficient workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales administration team to meet business needs.
Sales Administrator Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within Manufacturing or Supply, other transferable industries will be considered.
- Willingness to undertake sales administration training.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with Word and Outlook.
- Strong numerical skills and accurate data entry abilities.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
