We are recruiting an Industrial Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a well established UK manufacturer operating within a specialist technical engineering sector. As part of a wider international group, the business produces engineered industrial equipment and bespoke technical solutions supplied into a range of process driven markets. The company is recognised for its strong technical capability, project support, and customer focused approach.

This Industrial Sales Manager role is a field based position, involving regular travel to customer sites and project locations across the UK. You will take responsibility for developing customer relationships, supporting EPC linked opportunities, and managing enquiries from the initial technical discussion through to securing orders, promoting the business and products.

A full UK driving licence is required, and a company car or car allowance is provided. Hours: 38 per week. Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 p/a (Dependent On Experience). Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:00, Friday 07:30 - 12:50.

Industrial Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming enquiries from the first technical conversation through to quotation, negotiation, and final order placement.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients, and project stakeholders to support ongoing and future opportunities.
